My experience using Wrike
Even though it was my first time signing up on Wrike, the onboarding process was easy for me. New users are allowed to sign up with either their emails or Google. After a successful confirmation of the user’s email, a popup form appears which is an onboarding assistant for the onboarding process to begin, and I actually rate this as a useful feature. Sit back and let me take you through the process and interface of the onboarding.
1. You will be asked to choose the number of team members you are going to work with.
2. Next is for the user to choose his/her department and your role in the department.
3. Followed by the user to give a name to his/her project.
4. Wrike gives three levels of project or task management, and so in this stage a user is required to give a name to each of the steps. For example, for an HR, you can start by naming Workers Recruitment, Enrolment and lastly Salary.
5. After the project is named, the user is allowed to also choose how they want their dashboard to be. Whether they want it to display in the form of Gantt, Board of Table.
6. Lastly, users can also invite team members with email to join projects.
Security and Privacy
From two factor authenticator, user privacy and also data protection are all available on Wrike. These are an industry standard security level to protect users on such an important platform.
